At solepetite, we want you and your little one to love every pair. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Our 15-Day Promise

You can return or exchange your order for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date. Whether you'd prefer your money back or a different size or style, just reach out within those 15 days and we'll take care of you.

What We Need

Because socks are a hygiene product, returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed (a quick try-on is fine)
• In their original condition, with all tags attached
• In their original packaging

We're unable to accept items that have been worn or washed.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at hello@shoppetite.com within 15 days of your purchase, with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return. We'll email you as soon as it's on the way.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right — and you won't pay a cent to return it.

Email us at hello@solepetite.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. Once we've confirmed it, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund right away.

We know you're excited for your little one's new socks to arrive — here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.

Processing Time

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Expedited orders (2-Day and Overnight) placed before 12pm CT on a business day ship the same day — that's what you're paying for, so we prioritize them. Expedited orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
